§ 102-3. Payment of assessments in installments.

The City of Starkville operates under an interlocal governmental agreement with Oktibbeha County dated September 14, 2004 with an effective date of October 1, 2004, for the collection of municipal ad valorem taxes in accordance with and as allowed by state law.
