§ 58-26. Definitions.

(a)

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Fire prevention code means the fire prevention code adopted in section 26-1.

(b)

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in the fire prevention code, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

City or municipality means the City of Starkville, Mississippi.

Corporate counsel or city attorney means the city attorney of the City of Starkville, Mississippi.
