§ 58-32. Conflicting provisions.

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the fire prevention code and the applicable provisions of this Code of Ordinances, state law or city ordinances, rules or regulations, the provisions of the Code of Ordinances, state law or city ordinances, rules or regulations shall prevail and be controlling.
